developing and conducting team building workshops, Direct Support Professional training, and supervisory and leadership development. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University.

Bob Sell, CEO

 

Bob began his career with Ark in 2006. Prior to being named CEO, Bob provided oversight for Ark’s fundraising, grant writing, community outreach, staff training, corporate compliance, and Human Resources departments. Under his leadership of these areas, the organization substantially increased its success in securing grants and private donations, improved its employee training program, and vastly increased community awareness of the work being done by Ark. In addition to serving as CEO for Ark, Bob serves as the Executive Director of the Ark Memorial Foundation, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Wyoming Community Services Providers. Bob is a certified instructor in the Mandt® system, a State of Wyoming certified Medications Assistance instructor, and has extensive experience

Ami Egge, Director of Health and Wellness

 

Ami started at Ark as a Direct Support Professional in 1992 after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology. As Director of Health and Wellness, Ami oversees the Ark Equestrian Center, Community Employment, and Health Services.  Ami serves on Ark’s Human Rights Committee and is a State of Wyoming certified Medications Assistance instructor. She serves on a variety of community committees, including DFS Adult Protection Services, the IMH Community Relations Committee and the Albany County Family Network, and she is a Board Member of WyAPSE.   She is actively involved in the Laramie community, volunteering with Soroptimist International of Laramie, Laramie Elks, and the ACPE Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.

Angela Mosley, Director of Compliance

Angela started working as a direct support professional at Ark in 1998. She has also worked as a house supervisor, case manager, and Family Services Coordinator. Angela is the chair of the Human Rights Committee and the Safety Committee and is Ark’s Corporate Compliance, Privacy, and Security Officer. Angela ensures that Ark is following all state, federal, and accrediting agency rules and regulations as well as assisting families through Ark’s application process.

Angela received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Socio-Political Environmental Studies from Northland College.

Kayc DeMaranville, Chief Operating Officer

Kayc started working as a Direct Support Professional at Ark Regional Services in 1999 and soon after joined Ark's training department.  She has also served as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction for Ark’s Education program.   In her current role as COO, she oversees the organization’s Residential, Training, and Education programs.  Kayc continues as the Artistic Director for the Cooper Center for Creative Arts, and has taught a variety of classes at the Cooper Center including Acting, Scenic Design, Play Reading, Tap Dance, and Adaptive Dance Fitness.    Kayc is a certified Instructor in the Mandt® system, a certified Nia®  instructor, and a State of Wyoming certified Medications Assistance instructor.  Kayc received her B.F.A. in Acting and a Master’s Degree in Theatre History and Criticism from the University of Central Missouri.

LeRoy Martin, Director of Finance

 

LeRoy began at Ark Regional Services as the Vice President of Program Integrity in 2006. He has served as Ark’s Corporate Compliance officer, Privacy officer, and Security officer. In his current role as Director of Finance, LeRoy is responsible for creating and monitoring Ark's fiscal budgets. LeRoy also performs and maintains Ark's Medicaid Reimbursement claims processes, and oversees Ark’s insurance policies and coverage associated with organizational property and vehicle fleet.  LeRoy obtained his Bachelor of Science in marketing from the University of Wyoming. When not at Ark, LeRoy enjoys attending sporting events.

Tim Pratt, Director of Maintenance and Technology

 

Tim started working in Ark’s recycling services program in 1990. Since then, he has supervised the Recycling Center, the Equestrian Center, the Maintenance Department, and been the chair of Ark’s Safety Committee and overseen the health and safety program. In his current role, Tim continues to supervise the organization's Maintenance department, and oversees Ark's technological services including information systems and adaptive and assistive equipment. Tim has been a certified instructor in the Mandt® system since 2004.
