Bob began his career with Ark in 2006. Prior to being named CEO, Bob

provided oversight for Ark’s fundraising, grant writing, community outreach, staff training, corporate compliance, and human resources departments. In addition to serving as CEO for Ark, Bob serves as the Executive Director of the Ark Memorial Foundation, and he serves on the Board of Directors for Wyoming Community Services Providers. Bob is a certified instructor in the Mandt® system, a State of Wyoming certified Medications Assistance instructor, and has extensive experience developing and conducting team building workshops, Direct Support Professional training, and supervisory and leadership development. Bob holds a Bachelor of Arts from Western Michigan University and a Masters of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University.

Kayc started at Ark in 1998 as a Direct Support Professional.  In her current role, she is responsible for the community living services, the education program, and the overall health and wellness of each individual we support.

Ami began her career at Ark Regional Services in 1992 as a part time Job Coach after graduating from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor's in Speech Pathology.  She has since held many positions at Ark, including working as a direct support professional in residential, and supervising Community Employment, Skilled Nursing and Therapy Services, and a variety of Day Programs.  Today, as the Director of Health and Wellness, Ami oversees the Ark Equestrian Center and Health Services. She also serves on Ark’s Human Rights Committee and is a State of Wyoming certified Medications Assistance instructor.

Angela started working as a direct support professional at Ark in 1998. She has also worked as a house supervisor, case manager, and Family Services Coordinator. Angela is the chair of the Human Rights Committee and the Safety Committee and is Ark’s Corporate Compliance, Privacy, and Security Officer. Angela ensures that Ark is following all state, federal, and accrediting agency rules and regulations as well as assisting families through Ark’s application process.

Ed joined the Ark Team in 2002 as the Supervisor of the Ark Equestrian Center.  In his current role, Ed leads therapeutic riding sessions, and uses Equine Assisted Learning to develop and teach individuals problem solving, relationship building, and other life skills.  Ed has been a PATH Certified Riding Instructor since 2016.

Keira started at Ark in 2016 as a Direct Support Professional. In her current role, she oversees all residential programs, directly supervises all of the Client Services Managers, oversees the organization’s On-Call system, and manages Ark's Recreational League.

Mandy started at Ark in 2002 as the Accounting Services Specialist. In her current role as Director of Human Resources, she works closely with management and supervisors to ensure fair and consistent policies are in place and being followed.

Tim began his career at Ark Regional Services in 1990 as a shop supervisor in Ark’s recycling program.  In his current role, Tim oversees the maintenance of the organization's properties and fleet of vehicles, and coordinates Ark's technological services and information systems. Tim has been a certified instructor in the Mandt® system since 2004.
