Employee Benefits

Ark employees enjoy an array of benefits. These benefits are subject to change.

Medical Insurance

Full-time employees are eligible for Ark’s comprehensive medical Insurance coverage through The Benefit Group, beginning the 1st day of the 3rd month of employment.

  • Spousal and family coverage is also available, but must be paid by the employee.

  • Open enrollment is December 1 through December 31 for a January 1 start date.

  • Part-time employees may be eligible for Ark's comprehensive medical insurance, please see the Human Resources Department for further information.

  • On July, 1, 2022, plans and issuers are required to disclose in-network provider negotiated rates and historical out-of-network allowed amounts through two machine readable files. These files must be posted on a public internet website, thereby allowing the public to “have access to health coverage information that can be used to understand health care pricing and potentially dampen the rise in health care spending”.

  • LIVE WEBSITE LINK (https://tbgco.com/mrf/) – This is the live website link that will house these Machine Readable Files (MRF). TBG will update this webpage monthly to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • If additional support is needed, please reach us at legal@tbgco.com.
