Shirley Pratt, President and CEO

Shirley Pratt – President and CEO

 

Shirley has been working with people with intellectual disabilities since 1984 and started her career at Ark in 1991.  She holds a Masters in Business Administration and most recently served as Ark’s Chief Financial Officer.  Shirley has extensive experience in administration and facilities management and is a certified Mandt® Instructor. She serves as a member of the ANCOR Board of Representatives and sits on their Finance committee.  Shirley is also the Executive Director of the Ark Industries and Rehabilitation Center Memorial Foundation.

Jeff Gardner Vice President, Residential Services/Legislative Affairs

Jeff Gardner – Vice President - Residential Services/Legislative Affairs

 

Jeff started working at Ark in 1989 as a Direct Support Professional. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the residential program and serves as Ark’s legislative liaison, working with community and government officials in order to advocate on behalf of people with disabilities and Wyoming service providers.  He currently serves as a member of the ANCOR Board of Directors and sits on their Governmental Affairs committee.  He also serves on the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) advisory committee, and the Albany County adult protection team.  He has been a certified Mandt® Instructor since 1996.

Ami Egge Vice President, Health and Habilitation Services

Ami Egge – Vice President - Health and Habilitation Services

 

Ami started at Ark as a Direct Support Professional in 1992 after graduating from the University of Wyoming.  As Vice President of Health and Habilitation Services she oversees Day Habilitation, Work Services, Community Employment, and Nursing and Therapy Services.  Ami serves on Ark’s Health & Safety Committee and the Human Rights Committee.   She is actively involved in the Laramie Community, volunteering with both 4H, Soroptimist International of Laramie, and the ACPE Federal Credit Union Board of Directors.

Tim Pratt Vice President, Business Enterprises

Tim Pratt – Vice President – Business Enterprises

 

Tim started working in Ark’s recycling services program in 1990.  He currently oversees the Recycling Center, the Equestrian Center, the Maintenance Department, Ark’s Health and Safety Program and serves as Ark’s Information Technology Administrator.  Tim has been a certified Mandt® Instructor since 2004.

LeRoy Martin Vice President, Program Integrity

LeRoy Martin – Vice President - Program Integrity

LeRoy started at Ark in 2006 after several years of working in customer service and marketing.  As Vice President of Program Integrity, LeRoy oversees Ark’s CARF Accreditation process and the State of Wyoming Provider Certification process.  He also oversees Case Management, Billing and Incident Reporting.
