The Employee of the Month for February is Samantha Robblee. Samantha is a Direct Support Staff at Apartment 19.
Samantha is a dedicated and extremely hard worker. She is very cognizant of all individuals’ needs, including her fellow employees. She consistently treats everyone with whom she interacts with respect and is constantly aware of their feelings and needs.
Samantha is always striving to be as helpful as possible to all people involved with the Ark as well as all people in the community. She is very polite and courteous to fellow employees by providing her undivided attention in any situation or circumstance. She truly values the thoughts and feelings of every person with whom she interacts.
Samantha works hard every day to provide as many opportunities as possible for people to live, learn, work, and play at home and in the community. Samantha is highly devoted to and respectful of everyone with whom she works and she exhibits the organizations values each day, which supports people in living productive and happy lives.
