Community Employment
For those people interested in securing competetive employment within the community we will:
- Work to assess interests, abilities, and needed supports.
- Provide training in preparing a resume, completing an application, and preparing for an interview.
- Teach the skills of the job and assist in understanding the culture of the workplace.
Our Job Coaches have facilitated many successful, long-term employment relationships in the Laramie community by matching a person's skills and interests with an employer's needs. Ark has assisted individuals with securing a variety of vocations, including:
